These teleconferences are only 'kind-of' open to doctors, therapists, hypnotists and others assisting clients. You must be willing to be present for the calls and practice the things we discuss. There will be homework and there will be 'Homework Buddies' to whom you are responsible and for whom you are a resource. This will be covered in the first class.

     In an ordinary in-person class, there are other students to work with and feedback loops to adjust what you are learning as we progress. In these programs you will be responsible to practice and make notes of what worked well for you and areas that you want to explore further. This is one of the reasons for the somewhat restricted acceptance policy: your active participation has an impact on the whole class. If you have questions, ask them.

     These programs are designed to fit your life and schedules while allowing you to learn in new ways. We will be exploring how to use the training you have already had and incorporate knowledge you may not even recognize as a resource, along with simple approaches to enhance your life and work with your clients more effectively.

     The training is designed to make available powerful insights and approaches toward working with all of your clients. Simple things are not always easy and the intention is that as we work together, you will discover and enhance an ease and confidence to assist others in addressing issues that may surprise you.
